PIMASA S.L., an ORGANIZATION dedicated to the design and production of plastic paints and acrylic coatings has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard to improve the service it provides to its customers.
The Management of PIMASA S.L., approaches the Quality System as a way to organize the operation of the Organization starting from some basic pillars such as the Quality of its products, the customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the System. For this, the Quality Management System of PIMASA S.L., is based on the following principles:
§ Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all the members of the Organization starting from the top.
§ Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System, keeping in mind at all times the context of the organization, both internal and external.
§ Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all our customers (and interested parties), through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs and requirements, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements and those of products.
§ Quality is based on the Continuous Improvement of both the production processes and service provision, as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
§ Quality leads us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and to the possible improvements that new technologies may make available to us.
§ Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, so this Policy is disseminated to all the Organization’s personnel for their knowledge and understanding.
Management will periodically review this policy in order to develop the concept of continuous improvement in quality, thus ensuring that it is kept up to date, and the policy will be made available to all interested parties in the organization.
For the effective application of these principles, the support of both the management team and the staff is absolutely necessary.
